Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to monitor your shipment in real-time.

3. Customs, Duties & Taxes
For shipments to Western countries, please be aware that Bellatins operates on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis for international orders unless stated otherwise at checkout.
4. Delivery Issues & Insurance
Incorrect Address: Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Bellatins cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
Lost Packages: If your package is marked as “Delivered” but you have not received it, please notify us within 48 hours. We insure all shipments, and we will open an investigation with the carrier on your behalf.
